Remote Access

For those who need occasional access between two locations, but not a permanent connection, "remote access" is the solution. With our remote access software, you can:
  • Log in to the remote PC, or in to a network on to a specific PC
  • Maintain security by only allowing access by authorized User Names & Passwords
  • Transfer files to and from the remote computer
  • Take over the operation of the remote PC's desktop (Cable/DSL connection required)
  • Run applications as if you were there, including file loading, saving, and printing
This connection can be between two computers:
  • On the same network
  • Over the Internet
  • Within networks connected to the Internet via hubs, routers, and cable/DSL MODEMs
  • Behind a firewall (call for types)
We supply the hardware (if needed), software, and the expertise to make everything work, including network and data security. Our technicians will visit both sites if necessary to install and configure the software, as well as test the connection and provide instruction to the users. Remote access between locations

Remote access from a mobile computer
(Note: Mobile PC may be wireless, i.e.: on cell phone based network)
